Please arrive to Quail Ranch at 3:40pm, ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. If you know the bride you know she will be on time. Shuttle services will be provided to and from Quail Ranch for the following hotels: Hyatt Regency Westlake - Pickup at 3pm. Westlake Village Inn - Pickup at 3pm. Courtyard Marriott Ventura - Pickup at 3:30pm. Valet service is also provided for those who prefer to drive to Quail Ranch.
